A local restaurant (in Savannah) had an issue that had spanned years. Their mops and brooms kept falling! They tried everything, every mop and broom hanging system known to man, even the highest rated (and most expensive). They did have some requirements…the two most important being that the mops must hang over the mop sink and they would never hang their mops upside down. Here is what they were using when they finally had enough:



This is one of the finest quality mop hangers available…yet still it is not effective. It was failing! The rubber holders became worn out in less than a year…
 

Notice the worn rubber mop holder! Not to mention the rust! This is a restaurant and these owners are particular about cleanliness.  Not acceptable…but what else could they do? They tried everything and nothing seemed to be working. They called us for help. 

We measured, assessed the situation, and conferred with the customer. We designed a simple, inexpensive, and solid solution to the customer’s problem.

We cut, primed, and painted two pieces of lumber with Magic Diamond Hard paint.

Next, we manufactured custom mop hanging brackets from aluminum, brass, and copper (no more rust).

When complete and installed this mop hanging station will last for many years and will be completely maintenance free!
